Refund Policy

Please before purchasing any services from our website make sure it suits your needs, because there is no refund all sales are final. Please contact the sales department if you are confused about choosing which plan or package is good enough for your needs. in case you purchased the wrong plan for your needs, contact the sales department at hello@nevensoft.app they will handle it without any extra delay.

Cancellation of Services or Plans.

Once any service or plan purchased you can’t cancel it until it expired or completed. Before the expiration of your plan, you will get an email notification for renewal within 7 days you have to renew the plan otherwise your account will be terminated.

Monthly Website Maintenance

All of our web maintenance service plans are month to month and can be modified at any time. We accept the yearly contracts as well if you are interested please feel free to contact us. Our monthly website maintenance plan includes website maintenance support, error fixes, content updates, backups, consultations, security monitoring, and unlimited tech support.
